Administrative Associates are responsible for helping to facilitate relationships between the firm and its partners, employees, and stakeholders. Associates will gain experience in relationship management, KPI record keeping, and other key tasks integral to the firm’s success.
Responsibilities & Requirements
External and internal relationship management
On-going project management
This is an entry level position; no prior full-time work experience is required. If candidates have prior relevant internship experience, that’s a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant concentrations.
Leadership in relevant academic clubs, sports, or organizations is a plus.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong in relationship management between key stakeholders and partnerships
The ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Excels in interpersonal communication skills and writing
Good at time and relationship management
