Solar Island Energy works with clients across the Caribbean region to improve their environmental and business performance through solar energy and energy efficiency. We are an engineering services company specializing in PV microgrids and high-wind quality assurance/control. We are a subsidiary of Azimuth Energy, and since 2007 we have built a portfolio of over 600 PV, 80 battery plant, and a dozen island microgrid projects. We are co-authors of both “Solar Under Storm“ design manuals and consultant to NREL and the World Bank on hurricane survivability.
